2. Product Nature & Authenticity

Bee Kiss offers unadulterated, raw honey and natural food products harvested from traditional hives and wild floral blossoms in Wayanad, Kerala:

• Natural Crystallization: Pure raw honey naturally crystallizes over time due to natural glucose content. Crystallization is a natural characteristic and not a defect.
• Seasonal Variations: Floral aroma, color intensity, and viscosity may vary naturally according to seasonal blossom cycles in Wayanad.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Orders are accepted subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or inventory shortages.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatches occur within 24–48 business hours from Wayanad. Standard transit timelines across India range between 3 to 6 working days. Risk of transit damage is covered under our safe packaging replacement policy upon timely notification.
